Luminate Teens

Each Friday night, students in grades 6th through 12th are invited to Luminate, the youth ministry of Marin Bible. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., each student can get a free pizza meal, play group games, worship together, and hear teaching from God’s Word. Our hope is that each student can experience the love of Christ and the love of Christ’s church. Here’s an overview of the typical Luminate gathering:

6:15-6:30 p.m. Check-In

6:30-6:45 p.m. Students hang out and enjoy the game room

6:45-7:05 p.m. Pizza, drinks, and dessert served

7:05-7:30 p.m. Group games in the gym

7:30-7:45 p.m. Group game in the youth room

7:45-8:00 p.m. Worship and Announcements

8:00-8:25 p.m. Bible teaching

8:25-8:45 p.m. Open gym time

The key verse for Luminate Student Ministries is Matthew 5:16: “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” Our desire is that each student become a follower of Jesus and share the light of the gospel with the culture around them.
